I found a beautiful building with interesting architecture. my room had large windows with a beautiful view! the bed was large and comfortable with fluffy pillows. There were also luxury items in the bathroom. i was very happy with my stay.

I was annoyed that the hotel takes a deposit when you book! they held the money for 10 business days even after i settled the invoice. this policy should be revised for better guest convenience. It caused unnecessary stress.

the breakfast was acceptable with the huge selection it had.

the orange juice tasted weird, its color seemed off. i think someone might be watering it down. also, the minibar fridge was old and barely worked, and a technician had to come fix it twice.

Our room cards mysteriously stopped working one day, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The cleanliness was not up to standard with a shoe print on the wall and hair in the shower.
